At Baddie Fit, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Eligibility
You can return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned
- The item must show no signs of damage
We designed this policy to be fair and transparent, we’re here to support you if something’s not right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items not in their original condition or missing components
- Products showing signs of damage
📝 How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and the reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer support team
- Securely package the item and return it to the address provided by our team
(Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted)
- We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
- To receive a refund:
1) You must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
2) Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
3) Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Chargebacks for reasons such as ‘Product Not as Described’ are not valid without following our Return Policy. Customers must return the item in its original condition within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Failure to return the product means the transaction is considered final.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. Customers must contact us and return the product in order to receive a refund. Filing a chargeback without attempting a return violates our terms of sale.
Filing a chargeback without attempting a return constitutes abuse of the chargeback system and will be disputed with the card issuer.
💰 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was received
🔍 Inspection & Approval
All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be declined or returned to sender.
💳 Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 14 business days from receipt
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are refunded only if the return is due to our error
ℹ️ Additional Notes Refund Policy
- Please inspect your product before opening. Once used, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons
- Always follow product instructions to ensure proper use and avoid accidental damage
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, intimate apparel such as bodysuits, G-string designs, swimwear bottoms, or similar items that come into direct contact with intimate areas are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unworn.
- Returns are available only to individual customers. B2B transactions are not eligible for return under this policy
- If you purchase Order Guarantee, your order is protected against packages that are lost in transit and never delivered under the following conditions:
a) If the carrier provides Proof of Delivery (POD) such as a delivery scan, signature confirmation, or photo evidence, the order is considered successfully fulfilled and no refund or reship will be issued.
b) If tracking does not show delivery and no POD exists, we will reship your order.
If you do not purchase Order Guarantee, our standard Return Policy applies.
