- Dispatch time: All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (business days).

- Delivery time: Estimated between 6-10 business days depending on location.

- Courier: All parcels are sent with reliable courier partners and include full tracking.

- All orders include tracking and insurance.

- Dispatch time: Within 24 hours on business days.

- Delivery time: Estimated between 6–10 business days.

- Courier: Trusted courier partners with tracking included.

📦 Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking usually activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

You can track your parcel at any time via the link provided in your email.

Additional Notes Shipping Policy

- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

- Baddie Fit is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address entry.

- For orders shipped to business addresses, reception desks, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or similar delivery points, the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) will serve as final confirmation of receipt.

Delivery to such locations (business addresses, reception desks, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or similar delivery points) constitutes receipt of goods by the customer.

- Any claims of “Product Not Received” for shipments delivered to these locations are not eligible for refund or reshipment unless the customer has purchased Order Guarantee and the carrier provides no Proof of Delivery.

- Once the carrier marks the order as Delivered to the provided address, the order is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to these designated delivery points.

- If you purchased Order Guarantee, it only applies when no Proof of Delivery exists (i.e., the carrier cannot confirm delivery).
